Boeing Will Lay Off 190 California

Boeing will cut a total of 190 jobs in Huntington Beach, Irvine and Long Beach, Calif., effective on Aug. 5, 2011. It will also lay off nine workers in Houston, Texas, on Aug. 19, 2011.

The Boeing Company is an aerospace company.  Boeing is engaged in the design, development, manufacture, sale and support of commercial jetliners, military aircraft, satellites, missile defense, human space flight, and launch systems and services.
